Chef Kevin Rathbun explains how to make bacon

Last Valentine’s Day, my husband and I took a cooking class from Chefs Amy and Irene. It was a total blast, and a nice change of pace from our usual paired wine dinner. We are just not into gifts, so experiences are a great choice for us.
